Global Company Incorporation and Market Entry Services
NYBACS Services
For founders, SMEs and established companies — including Indian corporates expanding abroad — that need a company set up in a new market and ready to trade. We help you choose the jurisdiction and entity, coordinate incorporation with vetted local partners, and complete what comes after the certificate: registered office, tax and VAT registration, payroll set-up, banking and KYC readiness, and a compliance calendar. Our destination guides cover 36 jurisdictions; we coordinate incorporation in 35 of them. India is covered for information only.
Who this service is for
- Indian and other overseas companies setting up subsidiaries in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore or Europe
- Founders comparing a US C-Corp, UK Ltd, UAE free zone company, Singapore Pte Ltd or Hong Kong Ltd
- Groups adding entities across several countries that want one coordinated document trail
- Businesses entering the GCC, where local licensing and sponsorship rules need careful planning
- Finance teams needing incorporation records that satisfy banks, auditors, investors and the parent company
Why clients come to us
Key problems we solve
Choosing on incorporation cost alone
The cheapest registration can be the most expensive structure once tax, audit requirements, banking access, resident director rules and exit plans are counted.
Rules that differ in every country
Resident director requirements, minimum capital, notarised deeds, licensing, public disclosure and VAT thresholds vary widely — and change. Assuming one country works like another causes delays.
A certificate but no working company
Many providers stop at incorporation. Without tax registration, a bank account, payroll set-up and a compliance calendar, the entity cannot trade or stay compliant.
Documents that do not travel
Parent-company documents often need notarisation, apostille or legalisation and certified translation. Getting the order wrong can add weeks.

What this service does not include
- Incorporation or entity services in India — our India guide is informational; for Indian companies we support outbound setup abroad
- Local legal opinions, regulated-activity licences or employment law advice, which come from licensed local counsel
- Tax residency, permanent establishment or transfer pricing opinions, which are provided by local tax advisers
- Any promise of bank account approval or of specific registry or licensing timelines
- Statutory audits — where a country requires one, it is performed by a locally licensed auditor
How it works
Our process
- 1
Market entry review
We discuss what you will do in the new market — sell, hire, hold IP, raise capital or serve a regional customer base — and shortlist suitable jurisdictions.
- 2
Structure recommendation
We recommend the entity type and ownership structure and confirm local requirements with our partner in that country.
- 3
Documents and KYC
We prepare the parent and shareholder document pack and manage notarisation, apostille and translation.
- 4
Incorporation
We or our local partner file with the registry and obtain the certificate, constitutional documents and statutory registers.
- 5
Post-incorporation set-up
Tax, VAT and payroll registrations, bank account readiness and any business licences are completed in the right order.
- 6
Compliance handover
You receive a complete record pack and a dated compliance calendar, with optional ongoing accounting and filing support.
Documents we’ll ask for
- Passports and proof of address for all individual shareholders, directors and beneficial owners
- For a corporate shareholder: certificate of incorporation, constitutional documents, register of shareholders and directors, and good standing certificate
- Board resolution of the parent approving the new entity and appointing its directors and authorized signatories
- Ownership chart showing all layers up to individual beneficial owners
- Description of planned activities, expected revenue and hiring in the new market
- Apostille, legalisation or certified translation of documents where the destination requires it
Typical timelines
Timelines vary more by country than by provider, so treat these as broad ranges.
| Type of jurisdiction | Indicative incorporation time |
|---|---|
| Fully online registries (for example the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Estonia) | Days to about two weeks once documents are ready |
| Free zones and notarial-deed countries (for example UAE free zones, Germany, the Netherlands) | Usually several weeks |
| Countries needing foreign investment approval or licensing (for example China, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam) | Often two months or longer |
Document legalisation, bank account opening and tax registrations add time after incorporation. Rules and processing times change, so we confirm current requirements with local partners before you commit.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Which countries do you cover?
Our destination guides cover 36 jurisdictions across North America, Europe, the GCC and Asia-Pacific. We coordinate incorporation in all of them except India, which we cover for information only.
Can you set up a company in India?
No. We intentionally do not provide incorporation or entity services in India. We do help Indian companies set up subsidiaries abroad, including in the US, UK, UAE and Singapore.
Are the requirements the same in every country?
No. Resident director rules, minimum capital, notarisation, licensing, public disclosure, VAT registration and audit obligations vary by country and change over time. We confirm current rules with local partners for each case.
Subsidiary, branch or representative office — which should we choose?
A subsidiary limits liability and is usually easier to bank. A branch is the parent operating directly, which can be simpler but exposes the parent. A representative office is typically limited to non-trading activities. The right choice depends on what you will do locally and how the country taxes each option.
Will you help open a bank account in the new country?
Yes. We prepare the KYC pack and coordinate with local partners and banks, but every bank makes its own decision and some require directors to attend in person.
Do we need a local director?
Some jurisdictions require a locally resident director or company secretary — Singapore is a common example — while others, such as the US and UK, do not. Where it is required, we coordinate options through licensed local providers.
